During the week of February 22nd, CSG President and CEO, Mike Morrone traveled to every CSG branch to kick off 2010 by rolling out our Corporate Strategic Initiatives, along with our new Mission Statement and Esprit de Corps.
CSG's mission for 2010 and beyond, is known as, “Exceed Every Expectation Every Time,” or “E4.” You will be seeing and hearing a lot about E4 in the days and months to come.
We look forward to servicing our customers, providers and each other with a renewed sense of pride and energy, demonstrating our commitment to service and quality; all delivered with a sense of urgency! We thank you for your continued loyalty and support of our efforts as together we aim to “Exceed Every Expectation Every Time!”


As CSG is committed to providing continuing education for our employees, clients and providers, 2009 marked our inaugural year of CSG University. CSG proudly hosted over 20 seminars in 2009 from our various branch locations, client locations and at industry events and also made these sessions available remotely via our webinar offerings.
On a monthly basis, CSG offers educational seminars on relevant and cutting-edge topics related to Workers’ Compensation, Automobile and Group Health medical claims. We accomplish this by tapping into the resource and expertise that we have in our Medical Directors as well as our highly credentialed CHN PPO and EPO panel providers. These seminars provide face-to-face interaction between Providers, Nurses, Adjusters and other key personnel who are involved in Medical Claims Management. Customers are invited to attend these seminars in person, or can participate via a CSG webinar. CSG Proudly Welcomed over 60 new client groups in 2009
The CSG family of clients grew in 2009 as we added over 60 new members for Managed Care, PPO and Associated Medical Services. Clients span Workers’ Compensation, Group Health and Auto Medical lines of business. CHN PPO Network Expansion!
In 2009 the CHN PPO network added over 5,500 provider locations to its comprehensive network of providers. Major accomplishments include:

CSG’s “Best in Class” Quality Tracker:
CSG continues to track and trend all potential service and quality issues as well as compliments in our URAC-cited, “Best in Class,” Quality Tracker Program. Thank you to all of our clients, employees and providers who take the time to document situations which either do or do not meet or exceed a servicing expectation. This state-of-the art database helps us to analyze and identify potential issues and develop process improvement plans to address. This has proved to be an extremely beneficial tool in our effort to continuously improve the services that we provide.

CSG Receives WEDnetPA Grant!
In December 2009, CSG received a grant award of $3,770 from the Workforce and Economic Development Network (WEDnetPA), which is funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. This grant is to be used towards recruitment, job training, and employee retention programs. CSG is very pleased to be awarded this grant, and will apply the funding towards systems training for our employees on newly implemented technology.
