CHN PPO was the first independent PPO in New Jersey to be accredited by the American Accreditation Health Care Commission (AAHCC/URAC) in May 1995 and has continued to hold accreditation since.

CHN PPO's current URAC Accreditation is for Health Network Standards with Credentialing. Additionally, Re-accreditation is required by URAC every three years. It is important to note that these are voluntarily accreditations, which demonstrate CSG’s commitment to the quality of the services we provide.
