In December 2005, CSG acquired CHN PPO, a leading northeast regional preferred provider organization (“PPO”) that services New Jersey, New York and much of New England through its URAC-Accredited network of over 100,000 participating provider locations including 16,000 provider locations in our New England network, Northeast Health Direct (“NHD”). As CSG’s Proprietary PPO, CHN has been ranked #1 in NJ by NJ Biz for ten (10) consecutive years, 1998-2007.

 

For over 15 years, CHN has been developing PPO networks for their clients who represent Insurance Carriers, TPA's, Counties, Municipalities and School Boards.

CHN’s PPO Network is a proprietary network with 99% of providers directly contracted. CHN Provider Agreements contain specific language that addresses Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Group Health lines of business under the definition of “Plans.”
